岗位职责:
1.Monthly payroll management
2.Labor cost and HR cost planning and analysis.
3.Monthly headcount management and re-forecasting
4.Budgeting / forecasting for HR cost
5.Incentive framework implementation and policy review
6.Participate total reward survey, analysis market data and internal data, support on pay structure optimization.
7.HR system management
8.Benefit management
任职要求:
1.Bachelor degree with major in Human Resources, or Business Administration
2.At least 5 years working experience as HR, min 3 years experience in C&B function
3.Proficiency in Excel, as well as good command of Word、Outlook etc.
4.Strong data analysis and data sense with highly attention to numerical detail
5.Very logical thinking, good interpersonal and communication skills
6.Professional with sense of responsibility, positive mindset, integrity;
7.Good command of English both in oral and written
