Sr. C&B Specialist 高级薪酬福利专员招聘 - 北京励德展览有限公司

工作职责:

1.To be responsible for monthly HR cost forecast and annual cost budget.

2.Facilitate bonus and incentive framework implementation and review

3.Facilitate annual salary review and provide salary data & labor cost analysis when necessary.

4.Involve and assist in C&B projects.

5.Participate total reward survey, analysis market data and internal data, support on pay structure optimization.

6.To be responsible for e-HR system maintenance and update

任职资格:

1.Bachelor degree with major in Human Resources, or Business Administration

2.At least 3 years compensation and benefits experience.

3.Familiar with China laws and regulations especially in terms of salary and payment.

4.Strong data analysis and data sense with highly attention to numerical detail

5.Professional with sense of responsibility, positive mindset, integrity;

6.Good Microsoft Office skill and strong in Excel

7.Fluency in Mandarin and English preferred
