Overall Responsibility/工作概述:
To be responsible for Exhibition and Visitor Promotion, promotional materials, media barters,PR and marketing initiatives for assigned exhibitions and events.

Scope of Responsibilities/ 工作职责:
1. To work with the marketing manager and respective Project Directors and Project Managers in formulating exhibitor/visitors promotion and media plan for assigned projects.
2. Working closely with the show teams to achieve assigned exhibitor/visitor attendance targets for the projects assigned.
3. To supervise and monitor professional and timely completion of show materials like show brochure, show updates, show previews, invitation tickets, show daily, show guide/directory, welcome messages, show poster, Video clips etc.
4. To produce and maintain content for Show Websites。
5. To ensure marketing administration is fulfilled as specified by the marketing manager
6. To provide and review press releases, special articles, E-newsletters, E-invitation blast.
7. To lead the Press Conference and Press Luncheon and assigned special activities.
8. To lead and confirm barter agreements with selected trade and general media.
9. To ensure Media attending trade shows and to assist in setting up interviews with exhibitors and organizers.
10. To maintain close contact and relationship with industry and general Media.
11. To maintain and coordinate a network of vendors supporting design, website development, translation and PR tasks.
12. To supervise and coach Marcomm Executive

Qualifications/任职资格:
1. Bachelor degree in communications, writing or marketing
2. At least 5 years of working experience in a Marketing Communications role
3. Successful experience in exhibition management and marketing promotion
4. Experience handling media and flexibility in setting up partnerships
5. Design and layout knowledge is a plus
6. Excellent command of both written and verbal English - very important
7. Excellent time management and multi-tasking skills
8. Very good computer skills including use of PowerPoint presentations
